Haus Schmitten 27 is a group home for 50 people with an ideal location in Zell am See. At 200 meters is the CityXpress ski elevator, this elevator brings in the ski area of Zell am See with about 77 kilometers of slopes. Behind the house is a slope (no.16), via a path you can ski through this to 100 meters from the house. About 10 km away you can explore the ski area of Kaprun with approx. 60 km of slopes.
In the heart of Zell am See you will find all the necessary facilities such as stores, restaurants and après-ski venues. Hikers and cross-country skiers can enjoy various winter paths and trails in the area.
For a relaxing winter sports vacation, Haus Schmitten 27 is the place to be! In fact, this chalet is rented including breakfast. In the house is a large breakfast room and a private bar with beer tap, here you can end the day pleasantly together. You will also find a ski storage room, a dartboard and a table football table in the house. Parking around the house.
The large kitchen in the breakfast room can unfortunately not be used by guests, there are two smaller kitchens in the house where you can get started yourself. The on-site management is also happy to help with restaurant reservations in advance.
Haus Schmitten 27 is spread over four floors.
On the first floor is the cozy bar with several seating areas, the spacious breakfast room and the ski storage room.
On the first floor is one bedroom, room 11: Bedroom with two single beds. Bathroom with toilet.
On the second floor are four bedrooms, two of which are apartments.
Room 1: Bedroom with two single beds and one bedroom with a double bed. Both bedrooms can be locked separately and both bedrooms have their own bathroom with toilet.
Room 2: Bedroom with two bunk beds. Bathroom with toilet
Two apartments each with a kitchen including a small dining area, four hotplates and an oven. Two bedrooms each with a double bed. Bathroom with toilet.
On the second floor are six bedrooms.
Room 4: Bedroom with a double bed and bunk beds. Bedroom with a single bed. bathroom and separate toilet.
Room 5: Bedroom with a double bed and bunk beds. Two bathrooms, one with bath and toilet and one with shower and toilet.
Room 6: Bedroom with two single beds and bunk beds. Bedroom with three single beds. Bathroom with two showers. Separate toilet.
Room 7: Spacious bedroom a double bed, a double bed (best for 1 person) and a bunk bed. Bathroom with two showers. Separate toilet.
Room 8: Bedroom with a double bed and a bunk bed. Bathroom with shower and toilet.
Room 9: Bedroom with a double bed and a bunk bed. Bedroom with two single beds. Bathroom with two showers Separate toilet. Both bedrooms can be locked separately.
In the basement is a changing room and two toilets.
