These completely newly built, luxury chalets Avenida Panorama are located on the Erlebnisberg in Walchen. This Erlebnisberg is ideal for children to learn to ski and there is also the fun fun park 'Nagelköpfl'.
The detached chalets are also conveniently located to the larger ski areas of Kaprun and Zell am See. The nearest ski slope is about 10 minutes away by car. There is also a daily ski bus; the ski bus stop is within walking distance. The cozy center of Kaprun is about 8 km away and the center of Zell am See is about 12 km away. Bread roll service is possible.
The chalets all have Wi-Fi Internet access and a balcony and/or terrace. There is also a heated ski storage room and you have three to four parking spaces in the carport.
Additional rental equipment can be picked up in Zell am See or Kaprun; ski rental is located at the valley stations in both villages.
This chalet is spread over several floors.
Spacious living room with a sitting area, television and fireplace. Fully equipped open kitchen with hobs, oven, microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher, kettle, coffee maker, toaster and dining area. There is a utility room with washer and dryer and there are several balconies. Furthermore, the chalet has a carport suitable for 4 cars and internet (Wi-Fi).
Four bedrooms each with a double bed and en-suite bathrooms with bath or shower and sometimes a toilet.
