Spacious chalet for groups in Hopfgarten

General description

Chalet Gasteigerfeld is a spacious chalet on the outskirts of the cozy village of Hopfgarten. At 1.5 km away is the valley station of the Salvenbahn which takes you to the peaks of the large ski area Skiwelt Wilder Kaiser Brixental. From the mountain station you have a direct connection to the entire area. Hopfgarten is located on the sunny side of this ski area so even on colder days it is lovely to stay here. The free ski bus stops almost in front of the chalet.

Just 350 meters from Chalet Gasteigerfeld is the nearest supermarket where you can do your daily shopping. Would you rather go out for dinner? In the center (about 800 meters) of Hopfgarten you will find several restaurants as well as a few bars and stores.

Chalet Gasteigerfeld has a ski storage room, terrace, garden, bbq and ten parking spaces. The owner himself lives on the first floor in the house, but has a private entrance.

Layout

The chalet consists of three floors.

First floor:
Living room with sitting area, television, radio and CD player. Fully equipped kitchen with, among other things, hotplates, two ovens, two refrigerators (+freezer), microwave, two dishwashers, two kettles, coffee maker (filter) and dining room.

Second floor:
Two bedrooms, one with a double bed and ensuite bathroom with shower, sink and toilet and one with a double bed and ensuite bathroom with bath/shower, sink and toilet. A family room with 2 rooms where both rooms have a double bed. A family room with 2 rooms where one room has a bunk bed and the other room has a double bed. Both family rooms have an ensuite bathroom with shower, sink and toilet.

Second floor:
Living room with double sofa bed, television, DVD player and CD player.

Four bedrooms each with a double bed and ensuite bathroom with shower, sink and toilet. One family room with 2 rooms where one room has a bunk bed and the other room has a double bed. This family room has an ensuite bathroom with shower, sink and toilet.

There are also several balconies and a table tennis table.

Although there are 26 beds in total, the maximum recommended occupancy is 24.
