Ski holiday Sankt Margarethen im Lungau

The small village of Sankt Margarethen is centrally located in Salzburger Lungau. At first it looks like a farmers village but in last couple of years many holiday homes have been built. The village is situated in a wide valley and directly at the base of the Katschberg-Aineck ski area at 1.065 metres altitude. The ski area has about 70 kilometers of slopes. In the village itself there is a direct lift connection to the Aineck mountain and there are several slopes. The village is easy to reach from the high way.
