Königsleiten

Königsleiten is a vibrant and lively winter sport resort, offering activities both during the day as during the evenings. Centrally in the village de Eberharter’s Almdorflift is found – a draglift with a practice run. At the outskirts of the village there is another practice run situated – due to these facilities the destination is very popular among families with young children.

Because Königsleiten is situated at a high altitude (1600 metres) the area is very snow-sure. In the village the Dorfbahn will lead you to the Königsleitenspitze at 2315 metres height and this lift will give you direct access to the extensive ski area of the Zillertal Arena. Due to this lift the destination of Königsleiten has become a great location to explore the entire ski area.

The atmospheric holiday village mainly exists out of chalets and apartment buildings. Königsleiten offers plenty of facilities for both children, youngsters as adults. There are two ski schools, a number of ski rental shops, a supermarket, restaurants and various après-ski possibilities.
